Poetry Workshop: Walking the Labyrinth (Suffolk Walking Festival)

Tuesday 14 May 2019, 10am - 3.30pm

Walking the Labyrinth is a meditation. There are no tricks or dead ends; there is one way in and one way out. The aim of the workshop is to inspire reflective poetry writing about the experience of a labyrinth set in the natural world and the symbolism of the journey inward and outward. The day will include writing prompts and exercises as well as walking the labyrinth and using finger labyrinths. This is a repeat of last year’s successful workshop. Tea and coffee will be available. Please bring a packed lunch or visit the excellent on-site cafe.
